I am 21 years of age and have been composing music for about 8 years, and contrary to popular belief, I'm a guy. Sorry to disappoint. haha =) Music composition all started for me with a computer program called mod plug tracker, and then later progressing to fruityloops and the world of software synthesis. I now use a program called Reason, by Propellerhead software, along with my hardware, keyboards etc. My music has been featured in several commercial applications, and i aspire to continue my music professionally.
My compositional style varies quite a lot, I enjoy experimenting with music and I love creating music that can not be classified or branded under any genre. However i have created tracks under different electronic styles, such as chillout, drum and bass, electronica, trance and chemical. I sometimes even venture off into orchestral, piano tracks and soft melodic rock. It is difficult to define my music, I can only suggest you listen to it.
I have written and produced 4 albums of original music, You can also find four of my copmputer game music remixes at overclocked remix. A few years ago I remixed the entire score for the computer game "Doom" which has been featured on many websites. You can find them here.
Other than composing and producing, I also dabble in programming, digital media, web and graphic design. This website was produced entirely by me, including those mad animated smileys in the guestbook! All the pictures, programmy stuff, mailing list stuff.. everything. Yeah i know what you're thinking, Its not that great :P As you can probably tell music takes up most of my time =)
I don't really know what else to say about myself. I'm not that interesting, Yet i have to fill this page with something so... here we are. Maybe i can make the font massive like we used to do in school... double line spacing? Meh, i think i'll just end it here =) Nobody is reading anyway =) When i think of more stuff, i'll put it here.
